The boys varsity gold tennis team hosted The Miami Valley School Rams last night in their final regular season match of the year.  The Rams won the match, 4-1, capping the Elks record for the year at 12-8.  The JV gold team edged the Rams on the road, 3-2 to finish their season at 17-4.

The varsity gold team now turns their attention to the OHSAA District tournament tomorrow and Saturday at the ATP Center in Mason.  Last weekend, the boys qualified two singles players, Josh Giambattista and Brandon Valley, as well as both doubles teams of Rishi Appalaneni and Jaewoo Choi and Zachary Holbrook and Ryan Murphy.  The boys will try tomorrow to qualify for the championship round on Saturday.
