Varsity/Reserve Boys Cross Country · Boys Cross Country Fights Through Adversity, Has Great Day at GWOC Meet


The varsity boys cross country team continues to work its way through injuries and sickness this season.  Through it all, the guys continue stepping up and putting in great performances.  Saturday was no different as the Elks were able to finish second in the GWOC American Division behind Beavercreek and third overall behind Beavercreek and Lebanon.

The Elks were led by Aidan Downs, who was sixth overall at 16:27.1, Justin Davidson, who was 12th overall at 16:48.4, Parker Blosser, who was 19th overall at 17:01.5, Ethan Zeiser, who was 20th overall at 17:03.2, and Tyler Job, who was 21st overall at 17:03.9.  For full results, please click on the following link http://www.gwocsports.com/userfiles/csatc1935.pdf

The Elks now move on to the postseason next Saturday at Districts being run at Cedarville University at 1:45 pm.
