Centerville Boys Varsity Soccer took on the Springboro Panthers Tuesday night at Careflight Field. The Elks would score 2 goals late in the 2nd half after a scoreless 1st half making the final score 2-0. First goal scored by Andrew Nangle was assisted by Drew Boettcher. Boettcher would get a goal on a PK later in the game.
JVA Boys Soccer traveled to Springboro Tuesday night to continue their winning streak. The first half started out slow, with under 4 minutes remaining the Elks found the back of the net on a pass from Mason Dull to Trevor Eads. The Elks capitalized two more times in the 2nd half. Colin Sarver scored on an assist from Landon Miller and Eddie Kuper with a penalty kick. Elks stay undefeated with a 3-0 victory. Luke Voss and Max Green combined in goal for the shutout.
Varsity and JVA Boys will face Beavercreek in Alumni Stadium Thursday night to try and complete their unbeaten seasons. JVA plays at 5:30 pm and Varsity at 7:15 pm.
