The varsity boys basketball team hosted Pickerington Central on Tuesday night. The Elks led most of the game after ending the 1st quarter tied at 8-8 as both teams struggled from the field. The Elks went on a great run in the 2nd quarter but Central scored the last 5 points of the half to make it 28-21 Elks at the half.

In the third quarter both teams got up and down the court with Pickerington Central outscoring the Elks 23-17 in the quarter to cut the Elks lead to 45-44 heading to the final quarter. Gabe Cupps continued to lead the Elks and Rich Rolf joined in as the Elks outscored the Tigers 20-12 in the final quarter. Gabe Cupps had 24 points and Rich Rolf 19 to lead the Elks who are now 6-2 overall.

The JV team lost to Pickerington Central 64-54. The Freshmen Black team also lost to Pickerington Central 57-33.
