Matthew Diamond Rolling To University of Pikeville

Sr. Matthew Diamond is utilizing his bowling skills to continue his education at the University of Pikeville in Kentucky.  Matthew will pursue a degree in Business Administration beginning in the Fall of 2014 at Pikeville.  Congratulations to Matthew, his family, and his coaches on this tremendous accomplishment.

Girls Varsity Basketball Rolls

The varsity girls team won at Northmont on Saturday 78-32 to raise their record to 16-3 overall and 7-1 in the GWOC Central Division.  The JV team won 29-26 and the Freshmen loss 20-25.  The Lady Elks are back in action at home on Wednesday Feb. 5th against Springfield with the JV playing at 5:00

The boys varsity basketball team lost at Butler in overtime on Saturday 66-64.  The Elks could deny the upstart upset minded Butler Aviators who made every play they needed to make down the stretch and hit a shot at the buzzer to claim their best win of the season.  The Elks were led in scoring

The varsity gymnastics team finished third in the very competitive Flip Fest held at Forest Hills on Saturday but was first among our District Schools that competed.  The coaches were very pleased with the performance of the team and felt it was their best overall effort of the year.  The team is back in action

The Varsity team beat Wayne on the road on Wednesday 72-32 to raise their record to 15-3 overall and 6-1 in the GWOC Central.  The Elks used a total team effort to pull away from a pesky Wayne squad.  The JV won 40-27 and the 9th won 26-11.  The teams are back in action on

Competition Cheer Squad Earns 2nd at OSU Competition

The varsity cheer competition squad earned 2nd place at the OSU cheer competition held at St. John’s Arena this past Sunday. The squad is back in action on Saturday February 1st at the Regional Competition held at Springboro High School.
