Varsity Football Handles Pickerington Central in Opener

Girls Soccer Gets Win Number 499 for Coach Skelton

The varsity girls program beat Fairborn 6-1 on the road on Wednesday to bring Coach Skelton to 499 total wins for his coaching career here at CHS.  The girls are now 3-0 on the season and will try to capture win number 500 for coach Skelton on Saturday August 31st at Piqua at 1:00 pm

It was faculty appreciation night and an ample herd of fans was on hand to support their Elks taking on the Fairborn Skyhawks.    Much of the first half was uneventful. Things heated up with 15 minutes remaining as Chris Eubel’s corner kick threatened to break the ice, but was reined in by the Skyhawk keeper. 

Girls Cross Country Wins Saturday Night Lights!

The varsity girls’ volleyball team beat Chaminade Julienne in 3 straight games on Saturday but lost to Mt. Notre Dame in 3 straight games.  The girls competed against Mt. Notre Dame and walked away knowing that they can play at a very high level.

Girl’s Varsity Soccer Sweeps Miamisburg

The varsity girls soccer team dominated Miamisburg at home Saturday 7-0 to raise their record to 2-0.  The JV A squad won 7-0 as well.  Great job ladies!

Girl’s Varsity Gold Golf Sets School Records

The Lady Elk Varsity Gold Golf squad shattered the record books at Yankee Trace on Wednesday.  The team set a 9-hole record score of 145 in defeating Fairmont by 89 strokes!  Senior Nina Kulkarni set a new 9-hole individual school record with a 5-under par 31.  Great night for the Elks!
