Boys Cross Country Defends SNL Title

The 9th Annual Saturday Night Lights, presented by NoxGear (, was a great success this past weekend thanks to hundreds of volunteers.  As one of the largest Cross Country events in Ohio, almost 2000 runners competed in 11 races on the home course around the CHS campus which attracted 48 of the top High School teams from Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, 15 Middle School

The Centerville High School and MIddle School cross country teams dominated this weekend’s Saturday Night Lights races at CHS. Girls Varsity Gold Golf Wins Tourney

The varsity girls gold golf team finished first at the Skyhawk Invitational on Monday.  The girls were led by Junior Esha Kulkarni who shot a 76.  Junior Madi Wolters shot a 81, sophomore Amanda Hayes shot a 81, and Senior Stephanie Heimbach shot a 81 to pace the Elks!  Great job girls!

The 9th, JV, and Varsity football teams scrimmage at LaSalle in a Jamboree on Friday August 22nd with 9th playing at 5:00 pm, JV at 6:00 pm, and Varsity at 7:00 pm.  There will be a $5 donation for entry that will benefit a charity that LaSalle High School is sponsoring.
