Boys Track Claims GWOC Central Title

The boys track team won the GWOC Central on Friday by running away from second place Northmont 162-139.  The boys have continued to improve and the team has bought into the “step up” theme.  The boys will now move on to Districts which are held at Welcome Stadium on Wednesday May 21st and Friday May

Girls Track Runs Away with GWOC Central

The varsity girls track overcame the elements and put together a strong team performance to win the GWOC Central track meet on Friday 181-154.5.  The Elks are now primed and ready for Districts which are held at Welcome Stadium on Wednesday May 21st and Friday May 23rd.  Good luck ladies!

3 Elks Advance to District Tennis Tournament

The varsity gold tennis team performed great at Sectionals this weekend, sending a doubles team and an individual off to Districts next week.  The doubles team of Nikhil Reddy and Guy Kaskocsak were sectional champs and Tyler Smith placed 3rd in singles. Good luck to all 3 at Districts.

T’Bolts End Season for Boys Volleyball Team

The boys volleyball team traveled to Beavercreek High School for the Regional Finals on Saturday night hoping the third time was a charm. Unfortunately for the Elks it was not as Northmont posted a 3-0 victory to advance to the State tournament next weekend. Great season, guys!

Baseball Bounces Butler to Advance to Sectional Finals

The varsity baseball team upset the host Butler Aviators on Saturday afternoon, 3-1, in nine innings to advance to the Sectional finals next Thursday night at Beavercreek High School against the top-seeded Springboro Panthers. Paulie Herlihy went 2-3 with a HR and 3 R.B.I.’s and Mollie Paulick had a 2B and 2 R.B.I.’s while striking out 11 from the circle as the softball team shut out Sidney, 11-0 on Friday night to advance to the Sectional finals on Monday. In that game, they will face the Lakota West Firebirds

Elder Spoils Senior Night for Boys Lacrosse Team

The boys lacrosse team hosted Elder on a cold and wet Senior Night on Friday. The Panthers quickly showed they are worthy of their top-ten state ranking by jumping out to a big lead and cruising to a 19-7 win. Prior to the game, the team said goodbye to 14 seniors who were escorted onto

The varsity gold boys tennis team had a very successful Sectional tournament this weekend, qualifying 3 to next week’s District tournament. Boys Lacrosse Tames Panthers

The boys lacrosse team traveled to Springboro on Thursday night to complete their suspended game from Wednesday. They made sure the trip was worth their while by handing the host Panthers a 13-9 setback. Great win, guys!
