Baseball Sweeps Fairborn

The varsity baseball team defeated Fairborn at home on Friday 6-2.  The JV team beat Fairborn on the road 10-0 and the Freshmen beat Fairborn on the road 17-4.  The varsity plays at Lakota East on Saturday April 26th in a DH against Anderson at 1:30 and Lakota East at 4:00.  Good Luck Elks!

The varsity softball team welcomed the Springfield Wildcats to town tonight and handed them a 3-0 defeat.  The win, the Elks’ 14th straight to start the season, puts them at 5-0 as they hit the halfway point of GWOC Central play this year. The varsity softball team traveled to Beavercreek High School and handed the Beavers a 12-1 defeat to remain undefeated on the year.  Sarah Stoner went 3-5 to continue her recent tear at the plate.  The JV team also remained unbeaten with a 24-0 win over Beavercreek at CHS. Varsity Softball Continues to Roll

With a depleted roster the varsity softball team just dug in and overcame the adversity.  The girls were short many players due to injuries, ACT, etc…. but the team pulled together to win two more games on Saturday to go to 7-0 on the season.  Sophomore Mollie Paulick had 24 strike outs on the day
