        The boys varsity gold golf team made the long trip up Interstate 75 north on Saturday afternoon to compete in the Findlay Invite at Findlay Country Club. Led by AJ Cherubini’s 2nd place score of 71, the boys shot a team score of 297 to finish 2nd in the 12-team invitational.

The boys varsity black golf team hosted the Butler Aviators and the Troy Trojans in a tri-match last night at Yankee Trace.  Dodging the rain drops, the boys shot a team score of 157 to defeat the Trojans, who shot a 168 and the Aviators, who fired a 179.  Leading the way for the Elks

Boys Golf Teams Host Elk Invite

        The varsity boys black and gold golf teams hosted the Elk Invitational yesterday at Yankee Trace Golf Course.  The field was set with 16 of the top teams from around the state. The varsity gold team was not on their A game and ended up firing a 322 to finish 12th
