Wrestling Completes Sweep of Traveling Trophies With Win Over Creek

Elks Wrestling Wins Battle of Far Hills, Brings Trophy Back Home

The Elks varsity wrestling team put on a dominant performance at home Wednesday to beat Fairmont, 51-24, and reclaim the Battle of Far Hills trophy. Wrestlers Finish Runner-up at Cleveland Invite

The varsity wrestling team traveled to Dublin Scioto High School on Saturday to compete in the Kevin Cleveland Invite.  As a team, the Elks finished runner-up.  They had many outstanding performances during the day. Wrestling Competes at Brecksville Invite

The varsity wrestling team traveled to the Brecksville Holiday Tournament where they competed on Sunday and Monday.  Damion Ryan advanced to the semifinal round while Luke Acuna and Avery Bair made it to the consolation blood round.   Jonathan Bruder advanced to the consolation round and needed just one win to place heading into day two. 

Wrestling Finishes 6th Overall at Coaches Classic

The varsity wrestling team battled hard at the Coaches Classic this past weekend, but just ran out of gas at the end. The boys managed to finish sixth overall at the highly competitive event.  Placers were Simon Taylor 6th, Damion Ryan 2nd, Spencer Meng 6th, Luke Acuna 4th and Gunnar Pool 7th. Great job boys

Varsity B Wrestlers Take Third at Tipp City Invite

The varsity boys wrestling B team traveled to Tipp City High School on Saturday to compete in the Tippecanoe Invite.  The team wrestled well and ended up with four overall champions to grab third place overall in the tournament.
